As a note during your stay, you may be confused by the various concepts that the series presents. Before you go looking for answers, you should finish watching at least "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni" and "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai". As the anime cannot go into alot of detail, you should also consider reading the manga and visual novels to obtain a better understanding.

thx, anyway i did my homework on checking it on wiki, basically i understand the story and the relations of the chapters (contrast to Umineko, which i still dont get it)
i have only watched the first 4 eps but i really enjoy it, i can feel the chill on my back while watching them...
