Well, Minami gets her just desserts in the next chapter lol. And the violence is always played for comedy, so there's no need to goto such an extreme which is completely against the point of it.
Lots of 'antagonists' really get away with their actions. Miharu's a notable one. Minami, Mizuki and Shouko's violence. Yuuji. Muttsurini (yeah, he's against those two too as Q5 will show). FFF. Ironman...the only ones who really got paid back were the 3rd years and Nemoto.

And then the 3rd years challenge the 2nd years.
Call it an instinct, but this series may end on volume 11.
