Then why do you care if a Venezuelan judge gets arrested? If you believe it is their own decision, then let them do what they please.
On the other hand, if you
do care about human rights in Latin America, we have a pretty good example of an
ineffective approach to achieving that in the foreign policy of the United States of America over the past hundred and fifty years.
