the most important question of all yes, if you think you have it then you should see a doctor about it and ask him about it.
self diagnosis on the internet is such an easy thing because you never know the dept of symptoms.
I wouldn't say that I am very social and I get very nervous in front of crowds but that does not mean I have a disorder.
If you want to be certain that you have something stop looking around online and go see a doctor about it
