The director said that he's going to merge all 3 scenarios into one anime, so there's still a possibility that avenger can come out(though I dont think so) as the final final boss.
If that's to happen it should go like this:
Saber: Finally, gil is defeated
Shirou: Yeah, now peace can return to Earth(huh? how's the relavent?)
(Mysterious Voice): Heh heh heh...finally...it's my time...my revival
Shirou and harem: !!
*bang, crash, everyone get knocked out apart from Shirou and Saber, the later got pushed back and knocked over a thousand pillars, ram into a wall*
Mysterious voice is...Avenger, explained by Shirou who's half lying in rumbles, with a headbleed
Avenger: I am the pure evil...!
Saber: No way! I will destroy you, just like before(before? when?)
Avenger: *tortures Saber*
Saber: No way...to be defeated like that...
Shirou: Saber! Noooooooo!
Saber: Shirou! I can hear you! I have power now! RAWR!
Avenger: What...what's this? Arrrrug!!! no way!!!!!
*boom*
everything in ruins.
Harem wakes right at the moment when Avenger is defeated
And finally peace returned to Earth, and Shirou picks a girl, the end.
