Probably the reason why the Jior's president let her daughter be part of the military project was to make her into some sort of a military leader, president of the new Jior. She'll never be a pilot perhaps but a candidate for for a political position, everyone is meant for the valvraves though. That's right! While others get to pilot, some become food for OS chan. Lol
