I hope we do. I kind of totally forgot about him/her. (it was never confirmed if Dr. Tokishima was Haruto's mom or dad.) We do need someone to explain things to the 5 pilots and to us about who and what the Magius are and how the Valvraves came to be. However, I fear that if Haruto's parent ever shows up, after any sort of explanation, he or she is done for. Parents are often killed off in these things, especially ones who know secrets.
Also, we should get some information who and what the "Facility" was that was mentioned in the VVV TOS.
