Yup, Luffy got one hit on him, but it just irritated him if anything. Are you trying to imply that Moria ran away because he was afraid he would lose? His whole fighting principle is to rely on others while he doesn't have to lift a finger. He outwitted Luffy with his doppleman in his escape so that he could deal with the nuisance without resorting to getting himself involved. That's why he ran away.

Yes he was beaten by that point. Zoro himself said that Moria had already lost and that all that was left was a race against time. Shadows Asgard was merely a desperation technique on Moria's part in order to buy more time until the sunrise.

Reviving the dead is a secondary ability that the shadow fruit is capable of. Only Moria can do this, and therefore using zombies to fight for him is an
extension of his power. Controlling zombie minions is part of his power. Why are you trying to argue against this?

That's right. And you, nor anyone else, can say with complete certainty that Luffy is stronger than Moria himself. He didn't even get a chance to fight seriously and at peak condition. Luffy took the victory with the aid of a power that doesn't even belong to him. It was Moria and his gang vs. the strawhats, and the strawhats wouldn't have been able to prevail if it wasn't for the assistance of the rolling pirates. The rolling pirates played the role of outside interference and this cannot be denied.
