Where Fran helps repair an artist's deteriorating eyesight. As usual she did a *little more* than was asked and ended up giving him a super effective eyesight that sees things that humans can't see and differently at that. He was originally very much distraught until he stumbled upon what he sees as an astonishingly beautiful, naked woman in the middle of a forest.
It's this woman who's hinted at being of the Snow Woman + Cthulhu species (  ).
Fran is, well, she said she's created by "the professor." What she has been made from isn't revealed yet.

Thought you were talking about Fran. Well that was a Yuki Onna, a kind of demon that capture mens by their beauty and then do something awful to them; Saya herself have no relationship with snow, also she doesn't capture mens with her beauty but rather the heroine of the game was odd.
