Well, if Suzaku plans on bringing Kallen to Ashford, he wouldn't be watching her personally most of the time.
Most likely, that job will be sent to Villetta and their intelligence department. And the Black Knights currently have control over them.
So really, Kallen's rescue would be very anti-climatic.
