I really wish I knew who's brainchild was which in this series. I know R11 was Nakazawa's, while E17 and N7 had a bit more of Uchikoshi in it, but in the PSP booklets, all of the interviews are with Nakazawa.

IMO, looking at the concept planner on jp wiki/credits in ED should be enough to say which is whose brainchild.
