Nope she had a spell that didn't consume any magic power, and not to mention that she also had a special attack technique(not magic) that only belong to her who own all substances from 103,000 magic books.
P.S. The author can't let anyone tell her that she can use magic(may be he'll do that in the ending arc for the series,which won't oncoming.), since doing that will make her become the most deadly entity in the series.
