I'm sure there are many I don't recall.
Witch hunter robin: Amon x Robin. Just seemed like the logical thing. Although it was not shown on-screen, I supposed that's how it ended up some years down the line.
Bleach: Ichigo x Rukia. I thought it would happen for sure. Again just seemed like the logical way it would go.
Blood+: Haji x Saya. It's kinda canon, but not really. Would have been nice to have it acknowledged officially.
