A better question is how the hell does one sneak such a huge cargo OFF the train and let it drift into space without anyone noticing at all?
The only practical way I can think of is if CB has bribed the security to sneak through.

It's logged in as "Raw materials" for colony building. I don't know much about protocols but does security actually go through and inspect eye for eye every cargo piece? Scanning for any unusual items is one thing, having to go through and open up every container is another.
I still think bribing is the method. They aren't bombing anything so...
