Nodoka's love is even more innocent then most of her classmates' teasing. Even kissing him took her working up all of her courage, and that's as wild as those two ever got.
Kodomo no Jikan deals with far more mature subjects, even rape and the like. There is just no way to say these two are the same. Negima aproaches elder/younger relationships in a joking matter, Kodomo no Jikan throws jokes but also a hell of a lot of serious issues in the mix.
