The series is right now up to 35 episodes (in raw, untranslated form) and for the obvious reasons we can't discuss the fansubs per se, as the show is licensed by Bandai.

Holland is Dewey's younger brother. Kinda soap-opery and not realy unexpected (they do look very much alike), but still interesting nonthe less.

Oh, and Norb is one cheecky bastard. In a good sense. 8)

To me it was a big surprise since Dewey looks in his fifties and Holland in his late twenties.

About Talho. Is it just me or she really is becoming more and more like Electra during the last part of Fushigi no umi no Nadia?

She wears a white tight suit, she cut her hairs short, she's pregnant from the ship captain and now she even likes the leading female that in the first part of the anime she hated.
