That'll have to be answered by a certain 4koma fanartist who threw Hamadzura out of the circle, and as a result Touma somehow got into there - and became ITEM's most beloved... chair.

Believe me, Mugino going yandere for Touma and killing anyone in her way to Touma makes much
more sense if I were to make an average comparison of stuff I've seen so far.
