ohh forgot about Tenjou Tenge. The others you posted are quite nice, too.
I'll rate them:
Pani Poni Dash - 8/10 ... good colors and style
King Gainer - 7/10 ... animation is amazing but the song is just plain horrible cheesy. I hate mecha too ~_~ which is sad, 'cause the rest looks so interesting that I'd probably watch it if it weren't for all the robots.
Yoshinaga-san'chi no Gargoyle - 5/10 ... very cute, but song is uninteresting and the dance doesn't go with the music at all. Just awkward random wiggle-dances.
I remember more good dance OPs:
Full Moon o Sagashite ... I give it a 9/10 for oozing with cute.
The openings for Kodomo no Omocha are also full of dancing and win:
Even though it's obviously an old show, the openings are still awesome.
