I do think that Naoko was giving her honest opinion. It's important to keep in mind that Konatsu did screw up badly that one time, so it's not like Naoko's opinion was without basis.

Agreed. Konatsu is very energetic, hates the thought of quitting, and is a natural ham. That's why she was the first one of the other four to join in with Wien in the sentei hero sales promotion.

The Tari Tari main cast all go visit Ohana's Inn. While there, Jiromaru is struck by inspiration when he sees Sawa ass-slap Konatsu. As such, Jiromaru lays a trap for the three Tari Tari girls, and ties them up in his room, to help him with his writing.
But then the three struggling girls are overheard by Wien and Tanaka! The two rush into the room - Wien absolutely pulverizing Jiromaru while Jiromaru flees away for dear life, and Tanaka unties the three girls. Ohana and Tohru eventually talk down Wien, and explain to him that Jiromaru is not a serious threat.
After getting untied, Wakana winks at the camera and says "Now
that's how you do male characters!"
