AND i got the bad ending too...so i'm not sure why i'm missing #10...i thought i'd only be missing #18 and #19 due to not having done the epilogue..btw i've tried 2 or 3 times now to get the epilogue through reloading or using a shortcut..but i think the only way is to start a new game

I think you get the last two from the Coco route. I'm not sure about the first one, you might get it there as well.
