It depends on what you mean by 'cute'. Is it the 'I wanna hug her and take her home' type of cute (adorable), or is it the 'I'd tap that' type of cute (sexy)? While there are a
lot of anime females who have both (and neither) qualities, there is certainly a difference. And there are a lot of female characters who have only one of those qualities for me.
