I thought of something silly if this was every seriously animated. When Kyonko talks she used "her" voice, but when she is talking to herself (the every present sarcasm and general inner thoughts) it is "his" Kyon's voice. The general problem will be deturmaning if Kyonko is actaully speaking her thoughts out loud, or in her head at times (especially when someone responds to what would generally be considered her inner thoughts (such as Haruhi's 2mg of confidence transfer or some other moments when it isn't clear if Kyon is speaking or people are reading his mind).
Also the crack destroyer here should be Yuki's final wave motion gun blast.
