One thing I don't get Rai is associated with Lightning but the sword has fire powers, does that make any sense? Also Amagai is like the Shunsui of the 3rd division, they need more lazy but morally tuned Captains and Byakuya is like a Kinder Bueno, hard and chocolately on the outside creamy on the inside....that didn't come out right.
