Well, unless I missed it, the reason behind suzaku and lelouch teaming up was never explained and seems suzaku was still pissed at him in the last ep about euphie. Maybe lelouch made some kind of a "help me out and I'll let you blow my brains out in the end" sort of a deal and suzaku said "oh cool". Hence why Lelouch is acting like.... well Lelouch and pushing everyone away including Kallen.
