unlikely to happen as first and formost she made Shidou swear to save the spirits before she told him she didn't want him kissing other girls, this is also the only time it is implied she doesn't know kissing would seal spirits powers and that is only because Shidou thinks this. It is quite possable she understands everthing but is just expressing her feelings. And even if she understands everything her reaction to what happens with the twins would still be normal as she asks what was happenig and the twins are freaking out saying he stripped them and no longer can become brides anymore.

And she nvr witness Shidou smooching the other spirits (not too sure about Kotori) other than Yoshino.
Kaguya was screaming Shidou suddenly stripped them and Yuzuru was deadpanning that she can't be a bride anymore i.e. "violated"; Tohka will definitely go berserk lol
