So Ishiyama is nearly restored? Oga just had to damage it even before it reopens, after Toujou helped rebuild it for the second time.
The rich kid, I don't think it's Himekawa, but rather Kuguyama restoring the school and transferring to Ishiyama later.
On a note, maybe all the 3rd years will be held back because of attendance/grades issues?
