Yes. This was advertised (via the official twitter account) as the first preview of the OP/Uchida's performance as Rikka.
Also, for those who've forgotten: the first preview showing will occur this Sunday at 18:45 JST (05:45 EST/09:45 UTC).
Edit: While I'll do my best to keep tabs on that (and the other preview), I'm halting any new scan translations (except interviews). There's other things I want to work on and any new scans will come out after the series begins. I feel I've done enough to inform the community for this series. I'll also continue to answer questions; it's just the long process of scan translations that's being stopped.
