And? They're still releasing it on torrents, they're no different than any other fansubber. Menclave use streaming for their releases as well (or they did until just before xmas).
I mean it's not like AS has set rules saying it has to be high quality subs, i mean look at the number of speed subber that get on here, not to mention there's been a few hong kong rips on here as well.
Putting the torrents on here would probably increase the popularity, and then one of the more mainstream groups may pick it up

They are prob doing it to advertise their streaming site. It's not the only title that they are doing. The other title is Chrome Shelled Regios. Also, there's loads of really illegal stuff there.
Also with Aniplex being buddies with BayTSP, putting this torrent up isn't going to do anyone any favors.
