Well, she stopped being "aware" pretty quickly, but the scene implies she's aroused. That suggests the drug increases sexual arousal somehow while also dulling the mind. I'm not sure such a drug actually exists in real life...the closest I can think of would be the date rape type of drugs. The symptoms do match, vaguely:
