Thanks everyone for your opinions. I apologize I haven't updated this thread in a while and I plan to get back at it as soon as I can. My literature class wanted to feature the writing process that I follow when composing a story, so I'm going to be writing my own story during class. I'll upload it here for everyone to see as well.
Spoiler for Fate 1:
--1--
The cursed wrist strap emitted yet another beep, and young Juniper began to panic. Those unbearable wails of piercing noise kept striking her eardrums, and it was definitely the last thing she wanted to hear. Gasping for breath, she quickly began to survey her surroundings for information.
12:54 AM is when the death occurs. The mother is robbed of her purse at 12:49, and after a long chase into the next station, she enters a struggle with the thief and is ultimately shoved onto the tracks, where the subway runs her over.
It had been a ghastly scene that had brought about a huge uproar in Shinda Station. While Juniper's body fought to be frightened by the same scene, her mind focused on the task at hand. There were only a few moments until it would be too late to save the deceased mother, and her fate would simply remain the same, but this time there'd be no retries.
A telephone stand in the corner, and there appears to be another passageway around the criminal near it.
Moving her head from left to right in a scanning motion, Juniper forced every little detail of the morbid subway station into her tired brain. If she was going to save this woman, she would have to do so without being spotted by the victim this time around. The beeping intensified as Juniper's tiny hands tightly gripped the openings of her ears. The noise was like a thousand sharp needles being jabbed into her hearing organs and brain at the same time, and she had definitely not become accustomed to it yet. Letting out a shrilling scream, her frail body gave way and collapsed to the floor, where it went entirely limp and lifeless. Whilst the other subway dwellers ran to her aid, there was nothing they could do. The body was now but an empty shell; a soulless collection of organs, muscles and tissue. A young man held the unconscious Juniper in his arms and gazed in shock as the body slowly faded to nothing. Little did he know, young Juniper would see him again very soon.
