Whats exactly the meaning of the word "Tsunwabi"?.

From what i heard is a term used for describe characters in anime that constantly apologize for everything.

From the word "tsundere" (a person that is cold outside but a good person inside) im guessing that the tsun part of tsunwabi refer to a cold person. But characters that are called "tsunwabi" are not cold or anything.

As I understand it, "tsunwabi" is a one-off joke from episode five of Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. It might make more sense after watching that.
