I think I liked Sayo's entrance in episode seven as much as I liked it in the manga, even though it was totally different and they did cut out one of my favorite spots where she says: "I tripped! And I don't even have any legs...
" (probably because they drew her
with legs here
).
I have to agree with Vexx - this is pretty much a glorified omake for the manga. Not that it's a bad thing, but I think people who haven't read the manga (or at least seen the first series) are going to have trouble getting through it, because the show assumes that the characters are already established in the viewer's mind. I'm enjoying the heck out of it, though.
