*falls over laughing* I swear, nearly every semi-original idea I come up with for my forgery-in-progress gets mentioned on these forums at some point! I've had to keep my tongue tied about so many things.
But Mrs Ushiromiya theory is one that I'm including as a joke, not a serious solution, so I can mention it. I've made her a sprite set, too. All I need to do is draw in some wrinkles. Even though, well, none of the other characters are going to see her in-game. Frustration over being supernaturally ignored = perfect murder motive.
