Roy's home is being watched on by RUC agents in expectance to get catch of Axcela and Integra. For her part, Integra sneaks outside to locate the whereabouts of Josef in town, which her timing intercepts a package sent from Josef to Roy's home address. Eventually, her search leads her to the same place she and other children where relocated and tested by RUC.
Solty's gone shopping groceries and feels hopeless for not providing any help. She's unawared crossing paths with Rally himself. The first revelation displays quite a shocker, because Rally knows who Solty is.
Rally: It's been a while Dické! (addressing to Solty)
Kasha and Miranda found Solty in a garbage dump virtually lifeless and took her back home. Integra also returned to Roy's to inform Axcela in secret that she's going to assault RUC to expose Rally's scheme and what has been working on and leaves the package in Axcela's care to deliver it to Roy, which contains a chip.
Obviously, Axcela wants to accompany Integra too, however, she catches Axcela off guard and knocks her unconscious, apologizing for what she's about to do.
The rest of the cast wonders what they can do for Solty, fortunately, an unexpected guest arrives to be Josef, and he too knows much about Solty than meets the eye.
Second revelation: Josef extracts a piece of chip from Solty, and her systems turn on. Then, Josef speaks sense to Solty, but she replies in monotone and with cold eyes.
Solty: Solty? Who is that? I am Dické.
Solty's system shuts down again.
Josef bares into the light to Miranda, Roy, and Larry that twelve years ago after Blast Fall, several orphaned children were picked up by RUC for a covert program to involve a super soldier experiment.
Third Revelation
PRO-SID refers to children that survived the Blast Fall and were imbued with nanomachines that were disseminated into the aurora by cause of Blast Fall. Naturally, RUC hold a great interest for this subjects to train them as super soldier agents.
Integra, Axcela, Sylvia, and Celica are PRO-SID whose nanomachines grant them supernatural strength, endurance, speed, and stamina once they put on the suits.
However, Josef discloses that PRO-SID cannot make use of their nanomachines for longer periods because will cause irreversible damage to the body due to the physiological strain on the body.
PRO-SID can easily be identified, when they activate their nanomachines glowing marks or stripes appear in their faces.
Josef reveals that one his comrades, Ashley Links, was responsible and chief director for the project.
At RUC HQ, Integra chrases to the front and immediately makes her way past flocks of armored guards. Naturally, Rally is informed of the break in and takes the matter personally.
Integra digs her way down to the core of HQ and discovers the giant machine that Rally has been secretly checking on. Rally discloses to Integra that it doesn't matter anymore his interest on PRO-SID like her or the other. Everything he has done is for the future (his and that person).
Integra quickly deduces that Rally is the prime perpetrator of the Blast Fall. (Fourth revelation)
Kudos to the artwork due that Rally is at the prime of his best lunacy and psychosis. His eyes are just that bizarre that makes him look like a mad scientist.
Integra is not letting Rally to have his way, and the crazy fight ensues.
The fight is the highlight for this episode because Integra goes literally apeshit on Rally.
Integra activates her nanomachines, and her suit powers up to super mode.
With blurring speed, she launches multiple barrages of kicks but Rally blocks them all effortlessly. Following, Rally goes psycho mode on Integra, grabs her by the arm, and slams her hard against the wall. Integra suffers damage due to the ill effects of her nanomachines taking toll on her body, yet she retaliates with more punch and kick trading.
She goes for a finishing blow to Rally's neck that proves to be quite effective if weren't for the fact that Rally's big revelation is that he's also a full-fledged resemble, but his resemble is made of a different alloy that proves effective against PRO-SID.
Integra is already strained and dried up, her body is suffering spams all over and cannot keep herself standing. She tries to crawl, but Rally has enough of the game and prepares one last coup, powering his left fist with electrical surges.
He goes for the kill attempting to punch Integra on her spine, however, Integra on a last desperate move teleports above Rally and strikes down under with a tornado drilling kick.
Elsewhere, Axcela donning what appears to be a mecha suit is surrounded by test tubes containing pink crystals each of them.
Axcela: I'm not forgiving you, Ashley Links.
