Spoiler for enhance your status!:
I think the third episode was a bit of a disappointment, since it fell to a cliche I absolutely hate: they made the protagonist too noble. Honestly, risking four lifes to save some scumbag? After seeing how he beat up a guy and almost shot them both in the middle of a danger zone? And then just pussying up with his brother, who tried to stab him to death?
Nah, that's BS. The comic featured a hero who did what he had to and wouldn't had flinched if he had to shoot both of those nutcakes. In this sense I found the other cop much better, since he didn't have problems in giving that wife-beater a lesson.
Otherwise the drama was good. The ending was a bit melodramatic, though, since if the bad guy had a saw to cut his bone, why didn't he saw through the cuffs or the pipe? Nevertheless, with that kind of a wound he is bound to be dead in an hour, so I would be surprised (in a bad way) if they found him alive. Either way, we already know that his brother will seek revenge and the protagonist will give him the Talk (before killing him or letting him go in a dramatic fashion and being so so sad about it).
