I don't remember the first Archives into details, but well. Two sisters, Melvina and Glencia Bailey from Anglican Church crash into Touma's room. They ran away from church that specialized in summoning magic they were previously raised at, and Glencia has magical circle carved all over her body. It's for summoning Fallen Angel Lucifer, she was chosen as a vessel that would contain him. Then, she has her memory sealed off, basically she acts like an 8-year old though the sisters are twins. The older sister wanted Index to erase her memory to zero. In the end, Index agrees to help them. Styil appears, though, sisters and Index run away, Touma stays. Styil was sent to dispose of the sisters, since it's not the church that's trying to summon Lucifer, but them.
Meanwhile, Index finishes drawing magical circle that Melvina requested. Apparently she wanted Glencia to regain her memory after all, since that was a condition to revive the control program Glencia has. Together with Melvina's summoning magic, it's possible to summon Lucifer. Glencia even tells her to stop (all she wishes for is to live with her sister), but Melvina proceeds with the summoning. Something goes wrong though, only Glencia was supposed to be the host, but Melvina ends up in pain too. Hell, she even has black wings sprouting from her back, what's this I don't even. She gets engulfed by them, though of course, Touma saves the day.
Anglican Church concludes the sisters won't get punished, since they ended up covered in wounds rendering the magical circles useless, plus they lost memory of the summoning incident, and it looks like they're back to the age of 10. They remember Touma saving them, though.
The second Archives. Now this was refreshing. No Touma being left with no money, nor going on another sogebu quest. (that's not necessarily bad, you know, but a change is good. :3) It's set a few days after Agnese and all former Roman Catholic Church nuns moved to Necessarius' dorms. Agnese's feeling down, guilty about endangering her subordinates and others want to throw former Roman Catholic Church a proper welcome party, so she can get better. They come up with flower viewing meeting, though since no sakuras blossom in this season, they have to use artifical flowers, lol. They had Amakusa send them some stuff, and along with it, they open a box with costumes, even Kanamin's outfit is there. Obviously Tsuchi-nyan's meddling. Agnese goes back to her room but Orsola persuades her to come back, only to find everyone's drunk. Well, from sweet sake that has 0% alcohol content, but in return a spell that makes you drunk on the spot is cast over it. It's total mess from here on, Lucia wants to hug everyone, Angelene... was just laughing, I think, Sherry "longs for human's warmth", Kanzaki starts with "It's getting so hot here" and you can guess the outcome. Orsola and Agnese are like "let's screw it, we're getting drunk to!". That's nuns for ya. Weeell, the second part turns fanservicy, in short. The next day Agnese has regained her energy, though, so all's good.
....tsuchimikado should get a prize for this!!!

D'ah, that took longer to type than I thought. >.> Anyway, I'm definitely not the best translator out there, but I'm getting my way through these, at a very slow pace. >.>
