Spoiler for more details from CONNECT:
There's not much information about Sena's mother in "Hajimari no Tsubasa". It does mention Pegasus was already engaged to a woman from another family in an arranged marriage agreement and even says that she is yet another "Igirisujin", that is, she too is British. (How do they meet all these British women?) At the time of Pegasus' being with Noel, he had not even met the woman he was to marry yet. He did eventually marry his fiancee and she became the mother of Sena, but not much else is described about her. She does not know about Noel or about Stella's origins. I haven't made it very far into the "Supernova" story but it may talk more about Sena's mother there.
Concerning the picture of the four of them, I have to admit that I had poured over that image for a long time. The text says that Noel is sitting next to Airi, Airi in black and Noel in red, and that Pegasus was across (mukai) from Noel. It does not describe the color of the clothes that Pegasus and Hayato are wearing, but it does say that Hayato had used some hair gel and has a bowtie. The dialogue in the scene is Hayato, in the throes of love at first sight, nervously shouting out "That's a wonderful eyepatch!!". Pegasus is amazed at the stupidity of his friend for commenting on something that might well be illness or injury, and expecting that this cannot possibly go well. But Airi shyly looks down and responds "Is that so? Thank you ...". After her introduction by Noel, she goes on to say "Airi is nothing more than a temporary name. My true name is 夏侯煌 "Shahoufan" ... After 2000 years have passed, this ancient great hero has come back to life". (Now who does that sound like?) "Shahoufan" is another Japanese transliteration of the general's name mentioned earlier. The last kanji different from that normally used, but the major references to this version of the name via Google are found in Chinese translations of CONNECT. I'm not an expert on "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", so I'm not sure how to interpret that. There may well be some disagreement about the kanji used for some of these names, especially when comparing Japanese and Chinese. Anyway, looking at the picture again, it does make more sense if it's Hayato that's standing and saying his dialogue, and then Airi responding. It looks like the guy who's standing has used some hair gel, but we cannot see any ties on either of them. Previously, I had put a lot of weight on the statement in the text that Pegasus was across from Noel. There's an earlier picture of Pegasus standing in a public bath on p66 of the light novel, and to me, he looks like the standing person in the image of the 4 people.
