Spoiler: - There are a bunch of Gods. Naturally, all of them have different customs and policies. - All apostles are at Rory's level. They -apparently- can't be killed (even with things like beheadment) and they reincarnate into new selves every 1000 years. - There are a bunch of demi-human races, many of them are pretty much the same as the one that are known here as popular folklore / culture.
