I believe that just reflects the current issue of the series. AFAIK there is no indication in the scanlated manga storyline of the series ending any time soon.
Actually, if you check the
List of Oh My Goddess! chapters also on Wiki, they not only list the whole contents of Volume
38, but they also list several chapters from the bi-monthly manga release which will eventually be volume 39, that have not yet even been collected into tankōbon format.
