It seems personality traits of the four girls can be found in Sawako, only in boosted form. I mean, there's Ritsu's leadership, with more credibility; Mugi's niceness (not sure if it's boosted, just that it's not as sugary as Mugi's); Mio's tsuntsun, with more evil, also Mio's timidity (although for Sawako it's more about being embarrassed of her past). Not sure about Yui, though. Maybe she's still under special training and is yet to show a part of Sawako's personality.
This good mixing of traits must be part of her appeal.
