That dialogue is exactly the same as in the game except it skipped out on the part in which chisato was still jealous of Isara.

Sure these things weren't too critical to the core plot, but I still feel the anime shows more Yuuki away time from Chisato than with time. If a Chisato end is to be picked, maybe it's to show the overall importance of her to him (something like having Chisato bug out is too weird, much more used to her being herself instead of all weird.)

Pretty much this. He has spent less time with her and more with the other girls since the elections, combine that with an event that still need to come (or not, seeing that it's not 100% sure that the anime is going for Chisato) and it will make Chisato think how important Yuuki is to her.

I found Satsuki's route resolution or rather, episode 8, seem to revolve a LOT more around Hazuki than Satsuki. Unlike Satsuki, Hazuki also saw the haunted house event. Aka it seemed more Hazuki than Satsuki, despite it being 100% Satsuki's route for well over half the episode.

Hazuki was the main focus at the beginning of Satsuki's story.

While the anime left possibilities to nearly every character and had a few events from each route, they also truncated enough to prevent this from also favoring any one in particular too. Also the love is done slightly independent of the election. It affects it, but my point is "Yuuki isn't likely to choose a girl based on election".

You either haven't played the game or not entirely to see how the story doesn't work without picking an heroine, unless the anime is going for something original.
