Speed boost is pretty much impossible for Delphine. Krishna doesn't have ability even to repair it without loosing it's mobility and power, less make upgrades (they aren't even able properly repair it's hand as you probably noticed)
Delphine is fastest and strongest golem out there and always was, but Rygart ability wasn't on pair. Now it is and that's make whole difference.
