I give this episode a 6/10
I personally don't enjoy setup episodes as it just brings back nostalgic feelings about sitting through 5 or more episodes of DBZ with stand offs before anyone actually fought. With that said this episode made up for that in other areas so I didn't give it too harsh of a rating.
