By the
strict definition, yes you have to be unwilling.
Some would probably argue there's "the
spirit of consent" just as there's "the
spirit of the law" versus "the
word of the law" and such. Though in this particular context, I would say that you can't
exactly call it that since she consented. (as late as her consent may have been)
