Spoiler:
"Get back here, Witch!"
Snake was sitting in the sidecar of Eva's motorcycle when he looked over his shoulder toward the oddly-dressed, blonde-haired figure shouting at him. He had a dumbfounded expression as he watched his pursuer chase him, and he eventually turned his head toward his motorcyclist companion.
"What the hell is that girl's problem?"
Eva replied as her eyes remained fixed on the stretch of road in front of her.
"I don't know! Let's just worry about getting to the bridge!"
Mami continued to chase her two fleeing targets with full determination, having no idea of the trap she was being led into. When she eventually began crossing the aforementioned steel and concrete bridge, Eva and Snake were still several hundred meters ahead of her and had already reached the opposite side. Eva then suddenly parked her motorcycle, allowing Snake to leap out of his sidecar and quickly aim his sniper rifle toward the base of the bridge. When Mami had passed over roughly half of the bridge, Snake shot at a row of dynamite that Eva had carefully planted earlier that day. The structure soon exploded into a vibrant fireball and began collapsing with Mami still standing on it.
Snake and Eva observed the chaos in uncertainty, as they were both worried the psychotic female that had been chasing them might find the strength to climb up the twisted remains of the bridge's steel frame. However, they both sighed in relief when they could barely make out the shape of a human figure plummeting off the sunken edge of the bridge and into the ravine below.
Snake and Eva's quiet celebration was soon interrupted by a loud grinding sound coming from the section of the bridge where Mami had fallen. When the smoke cleared, they could see ever-determined Puella Magi had intentionally detached her own head to dispose of her extra weight, and her spiral-shaped pigtails were horizontally pointed outward and frantically spinning against a cracked portion of concrete. When she had built up enough friction, Mami used the drooping surface she was still clinging to as a ramp to propel herself into the air and toward the solid ground where her enemies were standing.
Snake's expression changed back to one of bafflement when Mami flew past his shoulder in a yellow streak. He could barely gather the senses to speak his next words.
"Is that a... screw-propelled yukkuri?"
Eva only answered coldly, as if she had somehow been expecting an event of this ridiculous magnitude to occur.
"Abicion wrote this."
Snake grunted in response.
"Oh."
The two comrades then turned around to see Mami's head had landed behind them. She soon spun around on her hair braids so she could face her rivals, and she cried out as the rage of battle sparked in her eyes.
"I'm not finished yet!"
Eva instinctively hopped back onto the seat of her motorcycle. Snake paused for a moment to look into the sky and address some unknown celestial entity.
"This is a joke, right?"
After receiving no response, he shook his head and jumped back into Eva's sidecar. Eva revved her motorcycle's engine as Mami spun her hair-drills a few times intimidatingly. When the two parties finally dashed toward each other, the final battle had begun.
