It's called, literally, the Test/Trial Type Lancelot. Basically, they used the pre-animation Lancelot design that was never used and turned it into an actual KMF that was designed by Camelot but never actually put to use. It was apparently made of spare parts from the original Lancelot for the sake of eventually designing the mass-production Vincent, but it was scrapped in favor of the Lancelot Grail.
