I think its more because the rest of the episodes of this arc were much worser than Haruka's and Kaoru's. Heroine is a generic moe but she wasnt so bad compared to the retarded main hero who got much dumber in this arc.
Overall the best thing about this episodes is that with this the boring Sea arc is finally over. Yay...
