Enough developer hell for me; I go by character setup. And with so many public characters I can technically 'run solo' then recruit the rest from everyone.

Personality:
Cowardly, reserved and extremly shy, quickly hiding when someone tries to talk to her.

Character Quotes:

Background:
From a branch family of the famous Kouga ninja clan, she's a "failure" among them for being unable to carry out missions.
Koyomi was rigorously trained in the clan's many arts, but her potential is more than halved due to her mellow personality.
So in order to improve, she was sent to Butei high and forced to apply to Assault.


Ability:

Due to her strict education and training, Koyomi developed a particular "state".
It was applied to her as a form of hypnosis in order to unleash her true potential.
But to activate it certain conditions are required...conditions she herself isn't aware of.

One of those conditions is to remove the ribbon around her forehead, which holds up her hair.
The hair then covers her eyes and awakens Koyomi's other side.

When triggered, her eyes and personality turn into that of a ruthless fightning machine wielding weapons with deadly accuracy.
Though, when in this state she can't distinguish friend from foe, so anything that is a threat will be neutralized.
Fortunately, she can still control herself enough to not kill her targets.

As a word pun, this state was named Kamikakushi, read as "hidden by hair" and not "hidden by gods".

Trivia:
Her "tareme" (droopy eyes) shift to "tsurime" (usually concealed by her long fringe) when in "kamikakushi" state.


Comments:
She was inspired on Shinobu, a one-chapter character in a manga that looked absolutely adorable X3
So I took her appearance and quirks as base, added a few more to the formula from other characters like her.

About 3 or 4 of them are male, and I'll probably be using pictures for their portraits...sprite manipulation takes quite some time to complete
