Lol, in the Railgun light novel sort-of promotional, Uiharu uses her flowers/a sort of plant to inhibit Saten's mind and make Saten do what's she's doing...

In the promotional for the anime, Uiharu gets a bit nervous and we see Saten fainted with flowers on her head...

For the 4Komas, there was one where Uiharu's flowers overgrow when Kuroko sees them.

The other where she takes them off and Saten can't seem to find her but when she puts it on again, Saten notices she's around... (of course, this was sort of proven false in the anime since we can see Uiharu without her flower headband and everyone still notices her)

But yes, all in all it does involve plants... speaking of Pokemon, I've been seeing Uiharu with Shaymin fanarts... xD There was one where a Shaymin was wearing Uiharu's headband of flowers... xP
