Mayuri's new look is crazy!
Apparently, the next arc is going to answer a lot of questions, like the secret of Ichigo's birth, his resemblance with Kaien, what kind of relationship Isshin and Ryuuken have, who/what the Soul King is, why Aizen hates him so much and why Urahara wants to protect it, etc...
That sounds very promising, but I'd rather not get my hopes up too much.
